[native-inputs]: Use rust-cbindgen-0.23. [description]: Mention that it's now the ESR branch. (%firefox-esr-build-id): New variable. (firefox-esr/wayland): New variable. Adjusted packaged definition of firefox/wayland. (firefox): Inherit from firefox-esr.
