emacs: correct notmuch-search-mode's docstring wrt notmuch-search-tag-all'

* emacs/notmuch.el (notmuch-search-mode):
  `notmuch-search-tag-all' currently uses the current query string
  instead of `notmuch-search-find-thread-id-region-search', which
  might cause a race condition.
