Daniel Kahn Gillmor dea75b5dd6 completion: add bash completion for "notmuch reindex" 
The main thing that notmuch reindex does is to use search terms, so we
can reuse a bunch of the existing completion framework.

notmuch completion

This directory contains support for various shells to automatically
complete partially entered notmuch command lines.

notmuch-completion.bash

  Command-line completion for the bash shell. This depends on
  bash-completion package [1] version 2.0, which depends on bash
  version 3.2 or later.
